Because we are surrounded by toxins all day and every day, it is important to detoxify our body to allow it to enter a state of healing. Detox foot or body baths are one great example of how we can support our body’s natural detoxification process in the comfort of our own home (well, bath).
For best results- add a few tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to your bath (not included).

Add a few tablespoons of powder into a running bath. Soak for 20-60 minutes. It is recommended to start small and build your way up 60 minutes with time.
Do not get into a hot bath without testing the water first to avoid burning.
It is integral that you stay hydrated before, during, and after your bath. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or nauseous safely get out of the bath.
